jamming ranges are influenced by the location of the cell base station and
the obstacles between cell base station & cellular jammer.
It means that in normal condition if the distance is far from cell base to
cellular Jammer, it will have good jamming ranges. Likewise, if there is are
obstacles between cell base station & cellular phone, it also has good
jamming ranges.
